How much does it cost? - It's difficult
to pin point exactly how much your particular advertisement will
cost due to the different factors considered when making that
decision. If you have banked weeks, points, a lockout unit or
other features which require additional advertising then naturally
your price is going to be higher then someone who does not. It
dealt with on a timeshare by timeshare basis.
Do I have to pay up front? - Naturally
any company striving to be competitive within the billion dollar
timeshare industry has to charge something for their services.
Collecting money after the fact also leads to more overhead which
in turn drives the cost of advertising up even more.
How is your company different? - We are
different in the fact that we try to rent your timeshare first
before we sell it. It just makes more sense for someone who has
actually seen a piece of vacation property to buy that particular
unit when they're ready.
How long does it take to sell? - The million
dollar question! Unfortunately there is no definitive answer.
It would be safe however to say that this company has seen timeshare
sell in one hour, one day, one week, one month, and yes, sometimes
even a year, but the point of the matter is that they sold, and
an owner made some money.
Where does the rental money go? Naturally
all rental money is paid to you by the rental party prior to check-in.
The when's and where's are to be worked out between the two parties.
What if someone wants to rent my timeshare?
- We first notify you of anyone looking to rent your unit.
Once approval has been given a price is then negotiated unless
one has already been arranged between the two parties. The renters
then pay the owners the rent money and any additional deposits
or fees the owner is charging.
Who does the closing? - We have several
companies at our disposal, you may choose either of them or one
of your own. They are fairly easy to find on the Internet.
Do you offer a guarantee? We offer one
money back conditional guarantee which states: If anyone else
can sell your timeshare for the original asking price you stated
on this website we will double your money back upon proof of title.
Where do you get your renters? We utilize
many avenues to produce renters for these timeshare units. Search
engine marketing, newspaper, radio, television, billboard, direct
mail and telemarketing all bring us the desired traffic necessary
to sell your timeshare.
How does my resort know I'm renting my unit?
Once we have a renter in line we will contact you. If you
so choose you may call the resort and make the necessary arrangements
or have us do so on your behalf. Once notified the resort will
then provide the renters with the proper access privileges.
